Inexpensive but tasty
Ingredients:
Italian Style
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • sliced black or green olives
  • tomatoes paste (optional) or 1 slice of tomato
  • mozzarella cheese slice
  • Canadian Bacon
German Style
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 fried eggs
  • sliced mushrooms
  • slice of lunchmeat style summer sausage
  • slice of american or swiss cheese
  • lots of bacon slices
Directions:

Fry or scamble your eggs and add the toppings you like.

A popular combination in the United States is an egg sandwich on a kaiser roll, bagel, or biscuit, with the option of some sort of breakfast meat (breakfast sausage, bacon, or ham), and cheese making a breakfast sandwich. Another variation is an omelette served on bread, cornbread or toast.
